Primal Blueprint Giveaway!

Recently, I completed the Primal Blueprint Expert Certification, designed my Mark Sisson of Mark’s Daily Apple, a popular health and wellness website. While a “primal health” course may sound a bit hokey to those of you who haven’t bought into the paleo style of eating, the course—which is comparable to a higher-level university course—is actually a really common sense approach to living: improving your sleep, eating real food, exercising as a means of play and fun rather than enforced drudgery, and essentially getting the most joy out of your life as possible. It was a tough course, with 13 modules and exams and some pretty in-depth biological and physiological concepts. But I really enjoyed it, and I think anyone, regardless of your place in life or your profession, could gain from it. Everyone from doctors to personal trainers to psychologists took this course for their own personal and professional benefit.

To spread the love, I want to offer a gift to anyone interested: a free copy of The Primal Blueprint 21 Day Total Body Transformation, which is an easy-to-absorb guide to the Primal Blueprint: how to eat, sleep, and exercise in a way that makes you healthier and happier. There’s a ton of info packed into a short text, but trust me, this book is not overwhelming. Despite the title, it’s not a gimmicky diet plan; it’s a guideline that’s more about grasping core ideas than following every rule down to the last calorie. The text is a great starting point to learning more about the primal blueprint, and may inspire you to make some changes you’ve been thinking about for a while. Along with the book, I’m giving out a Primal Blueprint 90 Day Journal, which is essentially a kick-ass gym/food journal to help you keep track of your business – with lots of helpful info in the back.
